Location: Remote with occasional travel
Division: Health Assessment Advisory Service
Reports to: Clinical Content and Design Lead

Are you a clinically registered professional with a passion for education, evidence-based practice, and improving the quality of healthcare delivery?

We’re looking for a content and design specialist to join our dynamic Learning and Development team within the Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS). In this remote role, you’ll design and develop impactful clinical training materials that support Functional Assessors and ensure consistency in service delivery, within the PIP side of the contract.

Reporting to the Clinical Content and Design Lead, you’ll transform complex clinical concepts into clear, engaging learning resources—from e-learning modules and case studies to facilitator-led training and competency assessments. You’ll collaborate with clinical peers, research evidence-based guidance, and contribute to the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain clinical guidance aligned with Evidence-Based Medicine and DWP requirements.
  • Develop a range of training materials including videos, desk aids, and assessments.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals and external bodies to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Maintain your own clinical approval and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring:
  • HCPC or NMC registration with no restrictions and at least 12 months post-graduation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of PIP/WCA and current approval from the Secretary of State.
  • Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
  • Experience in clinical authorship, training delivery, or guidance development (desirable).
Join us in shaping the future of clinical education and making a real impact on service quality and customer experience.
