You’ll mainly be based out of the probation office and will work with a caseload of individuals to provide advice and support relevant to their housing needs.

You’ll support individuals as they transition from prison back into the community, helping them address and manage their drug and alcohol addictions. Through 1-to-1 support and group sessions you will guide individuals on their recovery journey.
